Everyone in Central Ohio knows that our neighborhood is teetering on the verge of a dramatic renaissance. KLBNA is constantly in pursuit of appropriate and sustainable development in the neighborhood. Occasionally, an outside source comes to KLBNA asking how they can help fulfill that mission.
Peter Loscocco recently purchased the four storefronts at 885 East Long Streets. Because he wants to succeed in his rehabbing of the storefronts and 2nd floor space, he came to KLBNA and spoke at a recent general meeting. He spoke of loving the neighborhood, the vitality, the potential and the rich history of the property that was the first black owned and operated hospital in Columbus.
